For a tool problem, include the page URL, browser name, file type and the error message shown by the tool. Do not send private files, passwords, authentication tokens or payment details.
Browser compatibility
If a file cannot be decoded, mention the input format and browser version. Audio format support can vary between browsers and operating systems.
