Local file processing
The current image and audio tools process selected files in your browser. The source media files are not intentionally uploaded to ToolForge servers as part of conversion, compression, resizing or trimming.
Hosting and security logs
Normal hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps for security, reliability, caching and abuse prevention.
Analytics, advertising and consent
ToolForge uses a region-aware privacy flow. In regions where prior consent is required for optional tracking, Google Analytics 4 and third-party native advertising are not loaded until you accept them. In other regions, native advertising may load automatically while Google Analytics remains optional. The advertising provider may process device, network, browser, cookie or similar information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Local storage
ToolForge stores your privacy choice in local storage. It can also store a short list of recently used tools on your device so you can return to them quickly. This recent-tools list does not contain the names or contents of your media files.
Generated downloads
Output files are generated in the browser session and downloaded using a temporary local object URL. ToolForge does not provide cloud storage for generated files.

External websites have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
